About Us

Our Story

A family business founded in 1999, as a result of being unable to find a suitable property manager for our families growing portfolio. There was no company with the service level we required.

A small office in Fendalton, with only a few properties, is now one of the largest independent property management companies in Christchurch. Today we occupy offices more than five times the size of our original office, actively manage hundreds of properties right across Christchurch and negotiate over 800 tenancies each year.

As professionals in our industry, we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. We have to be confident enough in our work and our policies that we can be transparent and keep you accurately updated. We are solely focused on property management with all of our resources aimed at building a residential property management business that we are proud of.

We continually work to provide outstanding customer service and offer inspiration, insights and knowledge to assist you.

Hamish Wilson

Managing Director/Business Co-Owner

Qualified builder + 18 years in the Police + investor = the property guru! Hamish leads a fantastic team, creates an enjoyable workplace and still finds time to shoot skeet and wrangle small children.

Claire Wilson

Business Development Manager/Co-Owner

An active investor with her husband Hamish, Claire loves to inspire & inform others, all whilst juggling three little boys and living her mantra to eat well and travel lots.

Michelle Priestley

Team Leader

In the industry since 2009, an accredited Property Manager, experienced investor and previously solely operated a property management office. She is well respected by the team & easily inspires them to go the extra mile, “eat the frog” & “live the dream”.

Sarah Wood

Property Administrator

Coming from a strong customer service background Sarah is dedicated to going the extra mile. Always keen to assist and find solutions, her friendly persona makes Sarah a valuable member of our team.

Chelle Thornton

Property Manager

Chelle is a conflict resolution specialist from EQR, she always sees the positive in everything and continually strives to find a solution. Chelle’s life experience epitomises “been there, done that”. She has an innate ability to relate to all people in the community.

If ever you doubted having a sixth sense was real, then here is living proof – intuition to boot! Tania’s energy for life is very infectious, she has a warm, kind heart, easily putting people at ease.

Born with the strong Romanian traits of commitment and doing what needs to be done to get the results, Cat has quickly blended into our team & now has a slight Kiwi twang with the odd bit of slang 😉

Hard to keep in one place, our very own twinkle toes is one super active lady, between ballroom dancing, the gym and her new golden retriever puppy there is never a dull moment. With her foot already on the property ladder and over 9 years customer service she is a welcome addition to our team.
