Our Story

A family business founded in 1999, as a result of being unable to find a suitable property manager for our families growing portfolio. There was no company with the service level we required.

A small office in Fendalton, with only a few properties, is now one of the largest independent property management companies in Christchurch. Today we occupy offices more than five times the size of our original office, actively manage hundreds of properties right across Christchurch and negotiate over 800 tenancies each year.

As professionals in our industry, we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. We have to be confident enough in our work and our policies that we can be transparent and keep you accurately updated. We are solely focused on property management with all of our resources aimed at building a residential property management business that we are proud of.
